Course Descriptions:
Treatment decisions must be made in the context of an appropriate definition of therapeutic success. This course is designed to provide an understanding of the potential and limitations of immediate implant placement in the anterior areas of the maxillary arch. It covers topics such as gentle extraction techniques to preserve bone, implant position, management of hard and soft tissues, implant stability, three-dimensional positioning, prosthetic placement, implant size, connection choice, and augmentation of the extraction socket defect.
Additionally, the course will discuss the aesthetic consideration associated with implant placement in the anterior maxilla, and how to reach to a beautiful and esthetic result.

Course Objectives:
This course will provide an overview of the principles and techniques of immediate implant placement in the anterior areas of the maxillary arch. It will cover topics such as gentle extraction techniques to preserve bone, implant selection, implant placement, bone grafting, and prosthetic considerations.
The goal is to equip clinicians with the knowledge and skills to confidently and successfully perform immediate implant placement in the anterior areas of the maxillary arch( Esthetic Area).
