Q: Are all of the courses online?

A: Yes, the course is entirely online, including both live and pre-recorded sessions. Live lectures are conducted via Zoom, and pre-recorded lectures can be viewed in your Confi portal account. Occasionally, we also offer in-person sessions at our office, where you can attend live lectures face-to-face.

Q: Is there ongoing guidance during the courses through mentorship?
A: Yes, you will have a dedicated mentor available to answer your questions and guide you to achieve the best results.

Q: Are booklets delivered outside Canada?
A: Yes, we do send booklets internationally. Please note that shipping outside of Canada may take 4-6 weeks depending on the distance.

Q: How long after registration will I have access to the lectures?
A: You will have access to the lectures within 2-3 business days after registration.

Q: Is there an installment plan for payment?

Q: Where can I find the class schedule for ongoing courses?
A: The class schedules are updated on our website. You can find information on dates, topics, whether sessions are pre-recorded or live, and the instructors.

Q: Is attendance mandatory for live sessions?
A: While participation in live sessions is highly recommended, it is not mandatory. Many students who have successfully passed the exam were actively engaged in live classes. If you are unable to attend, please make sure to review any missed content.
